House Calls Educational Series

Help us provide hope and support to people with cancer.

House Calls Educational Series gives healthcare professionals an opportunity to share their wealth of knowledge with the participants of HopeWell Cancer Support. From reporting on the latest treatment techniques to responding to the questions of informed consumers, professionals have the chance to give back to the community by engaging patients and their families at HopeWell.

If you are a healthcare professional who is interested in sharing your knowledge with participants at HopeWell, please contact our Program Director or give us a call at 410.832.2719. You are important to our HopeWell community. You help us achieve our goal in providing hope and support to people with cancer.

“HopeWell is important…and it will only get more important as the number of cancer patients grows. When someone has cancer, it changes his or her entire life. As professionals, we can only focus on so much. We need to help patients connect with other experts or resources for the other spheres of their lives that are affected by cancer and its treatment. I really see HopeWell as a place where patients can go to connect with one another and with other experts in areas of their lives that are not the purview of oncologists. Patients need to get into depth in those areas, and at HopeWell they can and do.”
