Mindful Yoga (Saturday AM)

This gentle yoga class incorporates mindful movement, focus on the  breath, and meditation techniques to assist in bringing a deep state of  peace and calm to the body and mind. Because yoga focuses on the present  moment, it helps people with cancer and their loved ones find space to  relax and learn how to remain in the here and now. Yoga can be helpful  in reducing stress and anxiety and increasing one’s overall sense of  well-being.
