These programs offer people with cancer and their loved ones a great way to stretch, regain strength, relax, reduce anxiety, sleep better, and control pain. All of HopeWell's classes are taught by qualified instructors and are offered free of charge. Classes are open to people at any stage of the cancer journey and no previous experience is needed.
