Consider planning for a special kind of contribution to HopeWell.
Gift plans create opportunities for both our donors and HopeWell Cancer Support.
Determining what gift is right for you is just as important as making the gift. There are many options from which you can choose. Our hope is to work with you to determine what you wish to accomplish for yourself, your family and your chartiable interests in your overall estate and financial plans.
One of the simplest ways to support HopeWell's future, a bequest provides a gift to HopeWell in your will. Donors who have remembered HopeWell in their wills have benefited us in many ways, helping to build and maintain our facilities and providing indispensable support for programs, groups and a range of educational activities. A bequest is one of the simplest ways to provide for HopeWell’s future and can take many forms. You may arrange for us to receive:
- a specific dollar amount
- specified assets, such as securities, real estate or tangible personal property
- all or a percentage of the remainder of your estate after all other obligations (a residuary bequest)
If you have already arranged for a bequest, we would like to honor your support. Please contact us.
If you are 70½ or older, your charitable giving just got easier!
Are you considering an end of year gift to HopeWell? Did you know that you can make a gift up to $100,000 from your IRA account without being taxed on the withdrawal?
From now until December 31, 2013 you can make a contribution from your IRA to HopeWell. The withdrawal will still count toward your required minimum distribution but since the funds are sent directly from your IRA, it is not considered taxable income. One phone call to your financial adviser is all you need to complete your gift!
