5K run/5K walk: 8:30 am
1K walk: 8:35 am
Closing ceremony: 9:30 am
Prizes and Freebies
- Long-sleeved shirts for each participant (first 1200 participants only).
- Trophies are awarded for the top three men and women in eight age groups. Top finishers receive gift certificates.
- Trophies and gift certificates are awarded to the fastest male and female cancer survivor. (5k race only)
- Awards for the largest team and the highest fundraising team!

Team up to support someone you care about!
Many race participants form teams to run or walk together. Forming a team is a great way to pool your resources, your enthusiasm and make race day even more memorable. Some teams honor, celebrate or remember someone special. Others are a way to say thank you to family and friends for their support. Whatever the reason, teams are a fun and easy way to participate!
Simply…
- Choose a team captain.
- Select a team name.
- Form a team of at least 5 people.
- Team entries must be submitted together with a team captain name and contact number by Friday, April 9, 2010. (Sorry, additions or changes can't be made after this date.)
