All the Feelings! Getting in Touch with Your Emotions
Coming to terms with a diagnosis of cancer comes with a wide range of emotions: fear, anger, sadness, anxiety, and grief. Though sometimes there is an urge to stuff down more difficult emotions, there can be freedom in allowing yourself to feel and express whatever is there for you. Gain skills in leaning into these challenging feelings and coming out on the other side. This workshop will include gentle yoga, meditation and mindfulness skills, as well as personal reflection exercises. Please wear comfortable clothing.
