T'ai Chi Classes


Decrease tension through participation in this meditation called the Dance of Life. Learn to relax and energize simultaneously. This weekly drop-in class combines coordination, balance and flexibility into rhythmic motion and gentle exercise. Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes. Thursdays from 9:15 - 10:00.
