GENTLE YOGA PLUS SOUND IMMERSION: A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE
Join us for a special workshop combining gentle yoga with the centuries old practice of using sounds to bring your awareness inward and induce a deep state of peace and calm to the body and mind. HopeWell yoga instructor, Nancy Wachter, will begin the evening with an hour long gentle yoga class, which will include the practices of mindful movement, focusing on the breath and meditation. Following Nancy's class, Patricia Norton will shower you with soothing tones using a variety of instruments including quartz crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong and rain stick. Together, these two practices will promote a deep state of relation and sense of calm. No prior yoga experience required. Tuesday, September 16, 6:00 to 7:30 pm.
